How I Build AI-Native RevOps

I focus on building lean, AI-native RevOps functions that actually scale without increasing headcount. The goal is simple: remove manual work, bring consistency to how we operate, and ultimately improve deal outcomes across the entire funnel, from early signal detection all the way to deal closure and execution readiness.

My approach is to keep teams lean and rely on well-designed systems, workflows, and AI to do the heavy lifting. Instead of adding more operators, I invest in orchestration and automation so the function stays efficient without compromising effectiveness. That way, budget is used thoughtfully, while still delivering a high-performing RevOps setup.

Most of what I build sits on top of existing tools, using platforms like Claude and Lovable, and integrating directly into day-to-day workflows such as CRM and Google Workspace.
